Do I own the website?

Yes. The site is yours. On the monthly plans we host and maintain it for you; if you ever want to take it elsewhere, we hand over the files.

What does the AI agent actually do?

It answers visitor questions from your own documents and policies, and captures leads with the full conversation attached, so you know what someone was asking about before they left their number. It hands off to a human when it should. It does not book, move, or cancel anything — if you want it to, that is a custom build we scope and quote separately.

Can you rebuild my existing website?

Yes. We can redesign an existing site or start fresh, and wire the AI layer into either. Bring your content and we'll take it from there.

How long does it take?

Most Starter and Growth sites launch within a few weeks of the discovery call. Custom builds depend on scope, which we agree on up front.
