By using this site you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have authority to accept these terms for that business.
How we sell
There is no checkout, no self-serve signup, and no account to create. Every engagement starts with a free consult and is quoted individually in writing.
- The assistant on your existing website is a month-to-month lease, quoted per business, because the work is writing your knowledge base. The quote is fixed in writing before work begins.
- Website builds are a one-time build fee for a site you keep, plus a monthly covering hosting, maintenance, and the assistant's lease. Starting points on our pricing page are Starter at $1,500 plus $99/month and Growth at $3,500 plus $199/month; Custom is scoped. Your written quote governs.
- Custom apps, built and hosted start at $1,500 one-time to build (quoted in writing) and $249/month while we own it and run it. The app belongs to Boise AI until you buy it out.
- Builds quoted at $10,000 or more require 50% of the quoted price before the build starts. You can cancel for any reason, and the clock runs from the day the deposit is paid: within 7 days the cancellation fee is $1,000 and the rest of the deposit is returned in full; after 7 days the fee is $2,000 and the rest is returned; after two weeks the fee is 50% of the quoted price, which is the deposit, so nothing is returned. Builds under $10,000 do not use these terms — that build fee is non-refundable once the build starts.
- On builds quoted at $10,000 or more the buyout is 50% of the build price and does not change over time: a $10,000 build costs $5,000 to own. Monthlies paid on this tier do not credit toward that buyout. The $124.50-per-monthly credit and the $512 floor apply only to the $1,500 small business app, which is priced that way deliberately so a new or small business can afford to own its own software.
- Buy it outright is $3,500 minus half of every monthly already paid ($124.50 off per monthly), and floors at $512 after 24 months. Paid in full plus a signed release form transfers ownership. A website is yours when paid; the app is Boise AI's until the buyout is paid and the release is signed. Once you own it, the app carries your business name and we hand over the app's files and the tools it runs on — you can host it yourself or with anyone you choose. If you'd rather we keep hosting it, hosting an app you own is $249 a year instead of $249 a month; that covers the server and keeping it online, and bug fixes or changes on an app you own are quoted separately.
- The monthly has no long-term contract. Tell us to stop and we stop; cancelling ends future charges but does not refund the current period. Cancelling a hosted app without buying it out stops the app; there is nothing to hand over.
- Anything outside the quoted scope — including connecting the assistant to your internal systems — is quoted separately and only proceeds once you approve it.
Whatever proposal or agreement you sign with us takes precedence over this page for that work.
What the assistant does and does not do
The assistant answers from a knowledge base built from information you supply and approve, and captures leads. It does not access your internal systems, and it does not book, modify, or cancel appointments or orders unless you have separately commissioned that integration. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you approve for your knowledge base.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site or our agents to: violate the law; attempt to extract another customer's data; send content that's abusive, deceptive, or infringing; or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security controls. We may suspend access for violations.
AI agent behavior
The assistant answers only from the knowledge base approved for your business and is built to hand off to a human rather than guess. No automated system is perfect: you remain responsible for reviewing the knowledge base you approve, and for any decision made on the basis of an assistant's answer. Tell us about a wrong answer and we correct the knowledge base.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee an uninterrupted service. We'll do our best to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or an agent.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, for account holders, communicated directly.
