One distinction worth knowing up front: a website is something you own — you keep it if you ever leave. The AI assistant is a service you lease, month to month — it runs on our infrastructure, we maintain it, and it stops working if the subscription does. Neither is hidden in the other below.
One line of code on your existing site. It answers your customers from a knowledge base we write with you, and captures the ones who want a callback — with the whole conversation attached.
This is a lease, not a purchase — you're paying for a running service, not software you take with you. No build fee, because there's no site to build.
Priced per business, because the work is writing your knowledge base — a two-service business and a twelve-service business aren't the same job. You get a fixed number in writing after the consult.

We started Boise AI to help entrepreneurs start businesses they otherwise couldn't afford to staff. A website with the agent inside is $1,500 to build, then $99 a month — it answers your customers while you do the work. Fixed quote in writing before you pay anything.
One-time build, then a simple monthly for hosting and the assistant. These are starting points — scope sets the final number, and you get it in writing before any money moves.
The build fee is yours to keep — the site is your asset either way. The monthly is the assistant's lease, same as above; it's just billed together because most people building a new site want both from day one.

A small business can own its own custom app for $5,000 — $1,500 to build it, $3,500 to own it outright. Bigger, more involved builds are quoted from $10,000 and run on their own terms. Both tiers publish the buyout price, so there is nothing to negotiate later.
This is the one thing we build that works differently from a website. The app belongs to Boise AI and runs on our infrastructure until you buy it. A website is yours the moment it's paid for; an app becomes yours when the buyout is paid and the release form is signed. We'd rather you know that on day one than find out later.
We priced this tier for a business that doesn't have the money yet. A low build fee, no deposit, a monthly you can stop whenever, and every monthly you pay knocks money off the cost of owning it outright.

On the small business app, every monthly you pay knocks $124.50 off the buyout. On a custom build, the buyout is flat at half the quote. Here is the whole curve for both tiers, so you never have to ask.
Hosting with us costs more over time than buying early — that's the honest trade. You're paying us to carry it so you don't have to. And the month you own it, hosting drops from $249 a month to $249 a year, because you're no longer paying us to own it for you. That $249 a year is the server and keeping it online; bug fixes and changes on an app you own are quoted when you need them.
A build this size is a different job, so it runs on different terms. Half down before we start, and owning it costs half of what we built. Still published, still fixed — it just doesn't shrink over time, because this tier isn't the one carrying a small business.

A build that size books weeks of our time, so half the quoted price is due before we start. You can still walk away for any reason. Walking away costs more the longer we've been building, because by then the work is already done.
The clock starts the day the deposit is paid. Builds under $10,000 don't use these terms — that build fee is simply non-refundable once the build starts. Whatever you sign governs the job.
Add-on
Whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews can read your site and name your business when someone asks who to hire around here. We audit it, hand you the report, and do the fixes.
The audit is $500–$1,500 one-time. Implementation and a monthly re-audit run $2,000–$5,000/month. Several sites or locations is $5,000–$12,000/month and most Treasure Valley businesses don't need it. Ranges, because a five-page site and a fifty-page site are different jobs — the fixed number comes in writing after the consult.
