Phone calls become cards on their own, and website forms come in with one import: New, Contacted, Won, Lost. A new card gets a call-back clock and a contacted one gets a follow-up date. If someone you contacted reaches out again, their card goes back to New with a fresh clock.

It drafts a reply to a lead. You approve it, copy it or open it in your own texting or mail app, send it yourself, then mark it sent. The app can’t send anything, and an approval covers exactly the words and the number or address on your screen.

  • No published price. This is a custom build — the most involved thing we make. It gets scoped and quoted in writing after a free consult, and where it runs and what it connects to gets decided there too.
  • Nobody runs it yet but us. You'd be the first business to get one, and we'll say that to your face. Being first cuts both ways: you get more of our attention, and you get less polish.
  • It doesn't send or receive texts. And it doesn't read your email or calendar out of the box — connecting systems like that is custom work, scoped and quoted separately, never sold as a checkbox.
