$1,500 to build, then $249 a month. No deposit, but non-refundable once the build starts. Every monthly you pay knocks $124.50 off the $3,500 buyout, and after 24 months it stays $512 for as long as you host with us. Bought on day one, it’s $5,000 all in.

A bigger build

Quoted from $10,000 in writing after we scope it, with 50% of the quote due before the build starts, then $249 a month while we own and run it. Owning it costs 50% of the build price: a $10,000 build costs $5,000 to own, $15,000 all in. Monthlies paid on a bigger build do not credit toward its buyout; that credit exists only on the small business app.

When it’s yours

An app becomes yours when the buyout is paid and the release form is signed. Then host it yourself, or anywhere you like, or we keep hosting it for $249 a year, not $249 a month.

Who owns the app?
BOISE AI owns and runs it until the buyout is paid and the release form is signed. On the small business app the buyout is $3,500, and every monthly you pay knocks $124.50 off it; after 24 months it stays $512 for as long as you host with us. On a bigger build the buyout is 50% of the build price. Monthlies paid on a bigger build do not credit toward its buyout; that credit exists only on the small business app.
Can I cancel a bigger build?
Yes, for any reason, and the clock runs from the day the deposit is paid: within 7 days the fee is $1,000 and the rest of the deposit is returned in full; after 7 days the fee is $2,000 and the rest is returned; after two weeks the fee is 50% of the quoted price, which is the deposit, so nothing is returned. The small business app has no deposit, and its build fee is non-refundable once the build starts.
