Using this site

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

How we sell

We do not sell anything through this website. There is no checkout, no self-serve signup, and no account to create. Every engagement starts with a free consult and is quoted individually in writing.

• The assistant on your existing website is quoted per business, because the work is writing your knowledge base. The quote is fixed in writing before work begins.
• Website builds are a one-time build fee plus a monthly covering hosting, maintenance, and the assistant. The figures shown on our pricing page are starting points; your written quote governs.
• The monthly has no long-term contract. Tell us to stop and we stop; cancelling ends future charges but does not refund the current period.
• Anything outside the quoted scope — including connecting the assistant to your internal systems — is quoted separately and only proceeds once you approve it.

Whatever proposal or agreement you sign with us takes precedence over this page for that work.

What the assistant does and does not do

The assistant answers from a knowledge base built from information you supply and approve, and captures leads. It does not access your internal systems, and it does not book, modify, or cancel appointments or orders unless you have separately commissioned that integration. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you approve for your knowledge base.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site or our agents to: violate the law; attempt to extract another customer's data; send content that's abusive, deceptive, or infringing; or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security controls. We may suspend access for violations.

AI agent behavior

The assistant answers only from the knowledge base approved for your business and is built to hand off to a human rather than guess. No automated system is perfect: you remain responsible for reviewing the knowledge base you approve, and for any decision made on the basis of an assistant's answer. Tell us about a wrong answer and we correct the knowledge base.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee an uninterrupted service. We'll do our best to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or an agent.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, for account holders, communicated directly.
